Dress – I plan to use Simplicity pattern 2472. A Cynthia Rowley design. I am using some Liberty of London Tana Lawn fabric I purchased on my last trip to Britex Fabrics in San Francisco.

Prom Dress – I am making a special prom dress for a very special young lady. I am using Vintage Vogue V1172. The fabric is a pale pink silk shantung with a black lace overlay.

A-Line Skirt – I will be making a variation of Amy Butler’s Barcelona Skirt pattern for this one. I plan to put the zipper on the side and have no lining. The fabric is a sequined grey micro suede synthetic. I am not exactly sure what it is, but it is really light and lovely.

Tunic – I am making myself another Sew Liberated Schoolhouse Tunic. It is my favorite pattern. I love the fit and it can be made in lots of different lengths for different looks. I am adding some lovely little buttons along the bodice of a cotton teal fabric I found at a local store here in Denver.

Thank you Sony! I love your bright modern color palette! I can’t wait to see your designs made up as well! I have Simplicity 2603 but have never made it. I am looking forward to seeing your red cardi and how you like that pattern.
